Manu is an entrepreneur focused on business transformation, technology-led solutions and strategic execution. His experience spans building technology businesses and translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions. Having built Integrma and co-founded Droplet, which was acquired by Tata 1mg, Manu brings an entrepreneurial perspective to business improvement—connecting strategy, technology and execution to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and sustainable value creation. At the firm, he focuses on transformation strategy, business performance improvement, technology-enabled consulting and aligning improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

Sunil brings over 30 years of manufacturing and operations experience, including a long career with the UNO Minda Group. His expertise spans plant establishment, manufacturing operations, production systems, quality improvement and supply chain performance. He has contributed to seven greenfield and brownfield plant projects, covering key stages from planning and infrastructure development to machinery selection, commissioning and operational readiness. His experience also includes managing large manufacturing operations, improving quality performance, optimizing plant layouts and reducing material costs. Combining deep shop-floor knowledge with a strong understanding of manufacturing systems, Sunil provides practical guidance to help organizations improve productivity, strengthen operational discipline and build sustainable manufacturing capabilities.
